Meet Dominick - S1E3 “Make Me Something” I ran into Dominick during one of my first visits to The Block. He was kind enough to come and introduce himself, admitting that he has seen my videos for years, and gave me the ol’ “What the fuck are you doing here?”

THE HOUNDSTOOTH .75oz | 22.5ml orgeat 1oz | 30ml egg white (or 4-5 dashes of a foamer) 1oz | 30ml lemon juice 2oz | 60ml @gunpowder.gin citrus gin 2 orange slices Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice, shake thoroughly to properly aerate and emulsify the cocktail. Double strain into a rocks glass with an ice block. Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel.
