That expiration date is a lie?! Those dates on your food aren't about safety…they're about selling you more groceries. Manufacturers set them conservatively to avoid liability, not because the food actually goes bad. No need to throw out hundreds of dollars of perfectly safe food every year because you trust a printed date over your own eyes and nose. Does it look normal? Does it smell normal?
