Little by little, we are discovering the magic that’s all around us. I often mention that living in this part of Pennsylvania feels both like going back in time but also being in a movie. The @Route 40 Classic Diner in Brownsville is such a cool spot. It has all the things that you would expect a diner to have back in the 50s. I mean, according to what my grandparents would say. The aesthetic is amazing but I was very impressed with the food. The chicken was beautifully seasoned and the mashed potatoes are actually fresh. It’s just the comfort food that I needed. They also had an array of pies and milkshakes and so many other things. I can’t wait to go back and try more. I also can’t wait to check out the Drive-In movie theater this Halloween season.
