Due to launch on August 30, NASA's new Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope is around 100 times more powerful than the Hubble Telescope. Utilizing elements from a former spy satellite, and named after NASA’s first chief of astronomy, Roman will capture light from millions of galaxies and stars as it peers towards the galactic center.
