Recently, he was also told he likely is bipolar and was diagnosed with OCD. He is proud to be neurodivergent, but acknowledges it’s not easy, mentioning lots of thoughts and feelings. He’s had a a hard year with sleep trouble, nightmares, memory loss, overwhelm, and depression. He hasn’t given up on hope and joy. He knows they’re present amongst everything.
