I got to be there the day gracie wrote this song at Electric Lady Studios and I’ve been completely obsessed with it ever since. Getting a window into her process with the singularly brilliant Aaron Dessner and Bella Blasko was a joy and a privilege. When she asked me to sing, I really relished it. When she asked me to play it again in the basement of the building that means so much to us, and with the generationally talented Josh Kaufman, Thomas Bartlett, it was also an easy yes.. I really love this one and am super grateful to have been a part of this beautiful work ⚡️🧚♀️
