Replying to @Vee.🌹 it’s taken a lot of me to build bravery as I document myself getting myself back together through my weightloss journey. In 2023, I was at my heaviest ever due to a combination of depression, being injured at my previous job, and self sabotaging. I had a wake up call finally when I started traveling again when it was safe to do so, but I was not in the best shape. In fact, I couldn’t even get far without sitting down after walking short periods of time. I was fed up with everything at that point, but I had to first get myself back on my feet financially before I could do anything about it. Then, once I was settled in a new job, I figured this was my chance to finally heal and lock in. I started mid November of 2025 just trying different things to see what worked for me. It was not fun. Had a few mini fallouts here and there throughout the journey but I gave myself love and compassion so that I can get back to it and sure enough I did! I not only feel more energetic but I’ve also had a better relationship with food by focusing on what my body needs and enjoy foods I truly like in moderation. I can’t even remember the last time I was stress eating because now I feel like I have a better control of it. Not done yet but I’m glad I am here as I am now than where I was before. Though no matter what, I will always love myself in every shape my body has become and I will always be my biggest coach and fan. I’m glad I have finally found the confidence to share what goes on outside of making my gaming content and I hope you all will continue to watch I heal even further. I gotta see this to the end 😎💪🙌🏾💃🏾 #weightloss #weightlossjouney #weightlossmotivation #gym #bodypositivity
