A video of me singing Defying Gravity at Carnegie Hall went viral and I’m wearing a borrowed, size and a half too big, completely taped down gown WITH A PAIR OF HOKAS. I would borrow rent beg for gowns before this and then finally I was like ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I sang all over the world this year. Performing was my main source of income and none of it has been theater work, that’s deserves a pat on the back. Five years ago I would have gagged at the price tag of the two gowns I bought myself but seeing this video I know it’s completely justified. I love the way it looks, sparkles, is so easy to move and sing in and is just me. If you’ve been following you know I’ve been HUNTING for singing dresses and just thought you should know I FOUND HER.
