1st birthday should not only be the celebration of the baby but also us moms ( and wonderful dads cause what we would do without them !). Being raised by a single mom I saw the struggle and the amount of work it takes to be a wonderful parent. I’ve always had huge respect towards women but having Milo took it to another level. The amount of sacrifice women make for their babies not only physically but mentally is insane. There is absolutely nothing I would not do for Milo and it’s the kind of love that’s hard to describe in words. But as moms we also need to make sure we don’t lose ourselves in motherhood. I know it’s hard and sometimes easier said than done but making sure we have our hobbies and our me time is so so important to be the best parent (and partner). I cannot wait for the next stages and all the fun I will have with my boys ! Cheers to surviving ( and thriving) in one year of being a mom ✨🤍
