At Make-A-Wish, every number represents a child, a family and a moment of hope when it's needed most. Since 1980, more than 650,000 wishes have been granted globally, making Make-A-Wish the world’s largest wish-granting organization. Last year, more than 15,700 wishes were granted across the U.S. and its territories alone. While these milestones reflect what's been accomplished together, they also remind us of the ongoing need.
