A different restaurant every single night: wood-fired pizza and the best tiramisu of our lives at L'Oliveto, Spanish at Martinete with chocolate-dipped churros, and Nopal for Mexican — the quesadillas, tacos and guac were unreal. Add in omelettes made fresh every morning, five massive pools, a swim-out room with a jacuzzi, and a Star Café carrot cake I had every single day…🤩 Yeah.
