Just Drive one of the first songs I really tried producing myself, and when I hit a wall and got so frustrated I almost gave up on the song, John had all the right ideas to help me finish it and fall in love with it again. He’s my dream collaborator, and I get to spend my life making music with him 🥰 * And then, we passed off this insane session with muddy frequencies and so much going on to Jericho and he mixed it into something huge and lush and shiny how I always envisioned it, like the music wizard he is. He is truly so incredible at what he does, I’m so grateful to have had his help on this * And lastly, this song wouldn’t even be out in the world without Mary’s help. There is no one kinder, more supportive, or more capable, so to have had her help in finishing this project is such a gift and I am eternally grateful.
