This spicy grilled cheese had no business being that good! We decided to make an entire meal where everything had Hatch Chile Peppers in it—from fresh spicy sourdough and grilled cheese to popcorn, chips and even chocolate chip cookies. It’s Hatch Chile Season and these peppers come fresh from New Mexico this time of year. We found these at our local Fresh by Reasors here in Edmond, OK. Then we graded all of them.
