Grad cap mini cupcakes! 🎓🎓🎓🎓 I’ve seen this done with mini Reeses on the bottom, and thought why not mini cupcakes?! 1. Use a dark chocolate cake batter (I used @bettycrocker oreo cake mix which comes out very dark!) Slightly underfill your liners because you want them to sit flat when turned upside down 2. Once cooled, fill with buttercream or any other filling of your choice 3. Add a dot of buttercream on top as glue, and then a square of dark chocolate. I used @ghirardelli chocolate, and bonus if you get the separately wrapped squares so you don’t have to cut them! 4. Pipe buttercream tassles with a tipless piping bag or a small round tip like the wilton 2 5. Add a brown mini @mmschocolate to the top 6.
