For an unexpected reason, I was forced to stop doing my main job for a week. I was angry because it felt so unfair, and I felt anxious about having to take a break. For nearly two years, I worked without taking even a single day off. There were two main reasons. * I believed that this was my chance, and that I had to do it while I still could. * I was dominated by the thought that if I took even one break, I would keep making excuses and rest whenever things became difficult. Now that I am being forced to stop, I am trying to see this as an opportunity to rest. But I do not know how I should rest properly. Do I need time to heal? Do I want to travel? Or should I simply do nothing? ㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡ Please don’t worry too much. I think I’m going to use this opportunity to finally give myself a break after never taking one.
