Making a Patty Melt in my room! 🥓🧀 — This was SO good, and so easy to make. Ingredients: Bacon Jam * Bacon * White onion * Worcestershire sauce * Maple syrup * Salt & pepper Burgers * Ground beef * Mustard * Salt & pepper * American cheese Burger Sauce * Mayo * Mustard * Ketchup * Pickles * Salt & pepper Bread * Sourdough bread * Butter * White American cheese Instructions: Bacon Jam — Cook the bacon, then add white onion in the same pan until soft and caramelized. Add Worcestershire sauce and maple syrup. Season with salt & pepper and cook until thick and jammy. Burgers — Form the ground beef into balls and season both sides with salt & pepper. Cook in a hot skillet, smashing down until browned and crispy, then flip and brush with mustard. Top with American cheese and cook until melted. Burger Sauce — Mix mayo, mustard, ketchup, finely chopped pickles, salt & pepper until combined. Assembly — Butter the outside of each slice of sourdough. Layer white American cheese, Close the sandwich and cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden and crispy. Open and add pickles, burger patties, bacon jam, and burger sauce.
