Surveillance video just released by SFO shows former East Bay Congressman Eric Swalwell surrounded by FBI agents at the airport as they served a search warrant on Aug. 15. Court records show agents seized Swalwell's phone and laptop. The day after the video was recorded, the FBI also searched Swalwell's Washington, D.C., home. The searches are part of a federal investigation into sexual misconduct allegations against Swalwell, who denies wrongdoing and is not currently facing charges.
