Stuff the fish with half of the ginger with the other half on top of fish. Pour seafood soy sauce on top of fish. Steam for about 15-20 minutes or until fish is fully cooked. In a small pan, heat avocado oil. Place green onions on top of cooked fish and pour heated oil on top.
