So many of you this week coming to me in desperation regarding your toddlers and tweens complaining about their meals and yet you are all running a tuck shop out your pantry! Teaching them that grazing is a new trend. Stop it right now. Some of you are even in menopause struggling with severe fatigue and getting yourselves into power struggles, let alone the fact we are in the summer holidays. Stop it right now. Listen to the post twice. And remember when covid was around and there was a food shortage I remember how many of you realized there was no choice regarding dinner and the tonality of your voice was heard with conviction.
