Will there be a Ground offensive from Belarus? My personal feeling is Ukraine now has new tech technologies that they did not have from the very first weeks of the war when Russia had used Belarus the first time for ground offensives. It’s quite possible that Ukraine would just destroy it. Buildup is happening on the other side of the border, which is a big deterrent.
