I’m committing to spend more time with Jay. This is part 1! Part 2 later today :) I had the idea before going to sleep that I should wake up early to take Jay on an adventure that wouldn’t feel rushed before work. So that’s what we did. I prepped the snacks he always asks for (bananas and applesauce), and we had a great time! I’ve noticed that the more love I give Jay, the more love he gives back. I’m trying to notice those signs and make changes in my behavior so that he always feels loved.
