😬 Girl I fear this @Ashlee Norman Hair Shop class just permanently raised my standards for hair education 😭 Hands on actually meant HANDS ON. Everything was set up, there were assistants everywhere, we were fed, we had AC, everyone was kind and actually there to help you learn. I’ve taken some expensive classes before where somehow the student is doing half the work just to be there, so walking into this was honestly refreshing. This is how education should feel when hairstylists are investing their own money, travel, time and energy into getting better at what they do.
