This was me warming up for a voice over gig last year. Dolly sure did know how to tell a story with her songs. Kenny, Willie, and Dolly are the songwriters that taught me you could write a song that people could see in their heads. I can only hope that there's someone out there that sees Nona or Debbie the way we can all picture Jolene! But the thing I'm gonna miss the most about Dolly is how she reminded me of my mom.
