my 10 min steak salad :) tag me if u guys make thissss yayyy my recipe ! ⭐️🌀 prep the dressing and veggies first — dicing up 2-3 small cucumbers, a handful of cherry tomatoes and half of a red onion 🧅 the dressing is just 2 scallion stems with the ends off, a handful of parsley, a jalapeno de-seeded, two garlic cloves and a spoonful of greek yogurt / cottage cheese (i used tofu as a sub cause that’s all i had) ill squeeze half a lemon / find something acidic like red wine vinegar and season w extra virgin olive oil and a bit of salt and pepper 🥩cook strip steak or ribeye to ur liking with salt pepper and garlic then plate w veggies— for it to more filling i add white beans and half of an avocado! then u drizzle the dressing, add a pinch of salt to the veggies and plate together ! ⭐️🥗 #recipes #summerrecipes #easyrecipe #summersalad #steak
