I called out major HVAC issues last year at the final inspection. Since then, the homeowners stated they’ve had the HVAC company out TWO MORE TIMES for major repairs. The most recent, was this year when the air conditioner stopped working entirely. At this point, you would think the HVAC would be in tiptop shape. But, THIS is how I find the unit at today’s warranty inspection. I’m sorry, but WHAT?!
