If y’all have any requests or fun fusion ideas, drop ’em! 👀 CROQUE MAMSIR 🥪 * 2 slices sourdough bread * chicken tocino * mozzarella + Gruyère * calamansi béchamel: butter, flour, milk + calamansi Traditionally a Croque Monsieur is made with ham, but since I don’t eat pork, chicken tocino it is 🇵🇭 And honestly the sweet & salty combo with all that cheese + calamansi béchamel… MASARAP PO MAMSIR 🤌🏽😂 Not diet food, just masarap food. 😭
