Speed run set up of a @Zoo Med Laboratories, Inc. terrarium for a friend's baby Cuban false chameleon (Anolis barbatus). False chameleons love to live high up in trees among thin branches, and I've actually witnessed this when I visited Cuba! For that reason, I used lots of thin branches for perching as well as a live weeping fig. One of the most important aspects of the enclosure is the ReptiSun LED UVB combo hood; it not only supplies the necessary UV the lizard needs, but also has strong LEDs for better viewing and plant growth. This enclosure should do this baby false chameleon well for a while until it needs an upgrade. Hope this gives you a bit of inspiration on how you might build an enclosure for your false chameleon, and thanks for watching!
