Old-Fashioned Peach Cobbler 🍑 There are few summer desserts better than a warm peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream melting over the top. Juicy, cinnamon-kissed peaches tucked underneath a buttery drop-biscuit topping that gets crisp and golden on top while staying soft and tender underneath… I mean, c’mon. I’d actually never tried this before, but I brushed the tops of the biscuits with a little heavy cream before baking, and I loved the result. The natural sugars in the cream help the tops caramelize and give you that gorgeous golden crust. Just keep an eye on them as they bake. If the biscuits start taking on more color than you want, loosely cover the cobbler with foil and let it finish baking underneath.
