have you tried this?? ❄️ i’m pretty sure this is how my grandma would do it, because this is actually an old nordic tradition. before washing machines, snow was used to clean wool blankets and sweaters in winter. when you use snow on wool, the cold helps tighten the fibers slightly and lifts dirt and bad smells without stressing the knit. it can also help the sweater hold its shape again 🦋 wool often doesn’t need to be washed at all, but this is a very gentle way to refresh it: - use clean, dry snow - lay the sweater flat or gently press snow into it - shake it out well - dry it flat did you know? :)
