Thank you for coming along this bbq journey with me. I’ve come up mostly cooking with fire but smoking meats is a whole other ball game. Last year I made my first attempt at smoking some meats. It was quite ambitious cause these were some very expensive Dino ribs 😂 so failure was not an option. No spritzing, no wrapping. All I was looking for was some bark and a smoke ring.
