Elevate your protein meals at home with the most beautiful spice range and steak knives from @Volcanos Steakhouse I seasoned the scotch fillet steak with a little olive oil and Espresso Rub. Then seared it a 2min on each side with some extra olive oil. The crispy roasted potatoes were finished off with the Cowboy Butter which I mixed with some softened butter. It adds a delicious rich buttery smoky flavour to the golden potatoes.
