My patient’s main concerns were neck laxity, loss of definition, and overall skin quality. We combined a neck lift with CO₂ laser resurfacing to address both the underlying structure and the skin’s surface. The neck lift allowed us to improve the underlying tissues and restore a more defined contour, while the CO₂ laser targeted the skin itself, helping improve texture, tone, and the appearance of sun damage.
