Nobody is going to be disciplined for this. That’s the part I keep getting stuck on. No rule got broken, because “pull into port every 30 to 45 days” was never a rule. It was just how it had always been done, until somebody decided it didn’t have to be. But the consequences for the brave men and women who defend this country is inhumane. If you live in or around San Diego, you have about 3 weeks. I would love to hear how organizations, churches, and individuals are preparing.
