Chicken & Biscuits π₯π₯ No dinner plan? Start digging through the fridge and pantry and see what you can make. π This was basically chicken pot pie topped with biscuits, made almost entirely from things I already had, and it ended up being one of the biggest hits of the week! Ingredients: β’ About 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken β’ 2 cans βcream of whateverβ soup (I used 1 cream of chicken + 1 cream of celery) β’ About 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables β’ 1 tsp garlic powder β’ 1 tsp onion powder β’ 1 tsp Italian seasoning β’ Salt & pepper to taste β’ 1 box Red Lobster Rosemary Garlic Parmesan Biscuit Mix β’ Ingredients called for on the biscuit box, including parmesan β’ Butter/herb mixture from the biscuit package Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F. 2. Combine the shredded chicken, condensed soups, frozen vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in a baking dish. 3. Prepare the biscuit mix according to the package directions. 4. Dollop the biscuit dough evenly over the creamy chicken filling. 5. Bake for about 35β40 minutes. Check around the 20-minute mark and loosely cover with foil if the biscuits are getting too brown before the filling is hot and bubbly. 6. During the last 5 minutes, brush the biscuits with the buttery herb mixture included with the mix, then return to the oven to finish baking. And thatβs dinner! One pan, minimal cleanup, and those biscuits were DEFINITELY the star of the show. Use whatever chicken, vegetables and cream-of-whatever soup you already have. This is not a dinner worth making an extra grocery store trip for. π #RealisticDinners #ChickenAndBiscuits #EasyDinnerIdeas #PantryMeals #UseWhatYouHave #WeeknightDinner #FamilyDinner #ChickenRecipes #ComfortFood #WhatsForDinner
