Get the full recipe here: Ingredients 3 tbsp Dan-O’s Cheesoning® 1lb chicken breast, diced into cubes 4 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped 1 tbsp olive oil 1 package of fresh pizza dough (1lb) 1/4 cup Caesar Dressing Cornmeal (for dusting) 4 slices provolone cheese 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1 egg (for egg wash) Preparation Instructions Preheat your oven to 425°F. In a pan, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until just done, about 3-5 minutes. Do not overcook, as it will continue to cook in the oven. Once cooked, remove from heat and set aside. Cut the strips of bacon into small pieces and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and set to the side. Dust your work surface with cornmeal to prevent sticking. Divide the pizza dough in half to make it easier to manage. Using your hands, gently stretch each half of the dough until it reaches the size of a standard piece of paper. Repeat this process with both halves. Place one rolled-out pizza dough on a baking sheet. Layer with 2 slices of provolone cheese. Add half of the cooked chicken, half of the chopped bacon, and half of the Caesar dressing. Sprinkle 3/4 cup of shredded mozzarella evenly over the filling, followed by 1 tablespoon of Dan-O’s Cheesoning. Fold the dough over the filling like a burrito, ensuring to seal the edges tightly. In a small bowl, whisk the egg until well combined. Brush the egg wash over the top of the dough to achieve a golden finish. Evenly sprinkle 1/4 cup of mozzarella on top of the folded dough. Sprinkle generously the remaining Dan-O’s Cheesoning® over the mozzarella. Repeat the assembly process with the second rolled-out pizza dough and remaining ingredients. Place the assembled chicken bakes in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
