Playing from a bunker can be some of the scariest shots for a higher handicap. However, many of the tour pros would often prefer to be in a bunker than the rough, as they’ll be able to get more height and spin and attack a wider range of pins . If you feel nervous in the bunker, then it might be worth copying some of what we worked on here - essentially, we went back to basics to make that that we nailed out set-up and swing, which gives us the highest chance of success! .
