The 28-year-old man is accused of committing the sexual act while driving a 23-year-old passenger at around 12.30pm on Saturday. He was later arrested by police at Millers Point on Tuesday afternoon. A short time later, officers raided a home on Rangihou Crescent in Paramatta, western Sydney. The man was charged with three counts of carrying out a sexual act with another without consent and two counts of sexually touching another person without consent. Police will allege the man was involved in three unrelated incidents of a similar nature between January and April in Sydney's CBD, Earlwood and Otford, south of Sydney. These alleged incidents occurred outside of his work as a rideshare driver. The man was refused bail and is due to appear before Bail Division Court on Wednesday. #australia #fyp #crime #driver
