To see something that had passed through our little corner of the fashion world end up on an icon like Dolly was one of those surreal, unforgettable moments. Dolly represented everything I’ve always loved about fashion: individuality, glamour, humor, fearlessness and the freedom to be completely yourself. She never dressed to disappear. She understood that style could be an extension of who you are. And beyond the rhinestones, the hair and that unmistakable Dolly glamour was an extraordinary songwriter, businesswoman and human being who touched generations of people. I’ll always treasure this photograph and this small connection to her incredible legacy. There will only ever be one Dolly. 🤍
