Garlic Parmesan Sheet Pan Chicken and Veggies is an easy dinner my family loves! INGREDIENTS 1 lb chicken tenders 1/2 cup Parmesan Garlic sauce 14 oz pack kielbasa 1/2 lb Asparagus 24 oz baby potatoes, quartered 1 tbsp baking soda Olive oil Salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika Parmesan cheese Dried parsley INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash potatoes and cut them into quarters. Boil a pot of water and add 1 tbsp of baking soda (slowly so it doesn’t boil over). Add the potatoes to the boiling water. Boil for about 8 minutes or until the potatoes are almost fork tender. Drain potatoes. Add the potatoes to a bowl and season with some olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Toss potatoes until well coated. Add potatoes to a sheet pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Add washed/cut asparagus to the bowl and season with a little bit more of the same seasonings. Add asparagus to the sheet pan. Cut the kielbasa up into rounds and add to the sheet pan. Add your chicken to a bowl. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Add about 1/2 cup of Parmesan Garlic sauce over the chicken. Stir until well coated. Add to the sheet pan. Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes. Sometimes the chicken releases juice. Pour off any extra liquid and put the sheet pan back in the oven. Broil for just a few minutes. Top the chicken, potatoes, and asparagus with Parmesan cheese and dried parsley. Enjoy! #easyrecipes #dinnerideas #sheetpanmeal
