Are we just one year away from AI that can "crush all humans" in creating software? That's one prediction Elon Musk shared during a virtual speech at the G20 Innovation Ministerial, which was held in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Michael Kratsios, director of the Trump administration’s Office of Science and Technology Policy, introduced Musk to the assembly and asked the SpaceX CEO's views on tech innovation and AI as it related to government policy. Musk advocated for governments to take a "default legal" approach to emerging technologies in order to encourage progress. He also estimated that over a billion humanoid robots will be built within the next decade, a majority of them being built by other robots.
