Steak frites Ingredients Coles steak eye fillet (room temp) Coles charisma potatoes (chopped) 3 x cloves of garlic 2 x sprigs of rosemary 2 x tbsp butter Gravy Oil Boil potato fingers Fry then rest and fry again for a second time for ultimate crunch. Sear steak either side building a crust then add in garlic rosemary and butter to baste. Rest for 5 minutes once at desired cook. (We love medium rare 3 minutes either side approx) Slice and serve with chips and gravy. Enjoy. Smoked salmon Fettuccine Coles hot smoked salmon Coles cucina Matese fettuccine 1 long red chilli (fine chop) 2 garlic cloves (minced) 2 sprigs parsley (fine chop) Cook off pasta until al dente, strain and toss through some oil and set aside. In a pan heat garlic, butter, chilli and parsley before adding salmon and pasta. Toss and combine for a couple of minutes Serve and top with fresh herbs, fried panko crumbs and lemon.
