Watching my daughter grow reminds me how every journey begins long before a baby is born. 🤍 During my pregnancy, I tried to make small, intentional choices every day to nourish both myself and my baby. Every pregnancy and every child is different, but giving ourselves the care and support we need can help create a healthier start in life. Antenatal supplements are such an important part of that journey too.
