A Fort Worth dentist is behind bars after police say a 4-year-old girl was given lethal doses of sedatives during a routine procedure. Investigators say Aithana Arriaga was given multiple sedatives before becoming unresponsive at Cuddle Kids Dental Care. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner ruled her death was caused by meperidine toxicity.
