inspired by wanting to make the most heinous ice cream.. for this idea I tried thinking of the biggest antithesis to ice cream and to make an ice cream work with that.. and what’s more opposite to sweet creamy ice cream than salty gross little fish eggs.. and so I thought about how sour cream and onion chips with creme fraiche and caviar and chives is a classic pairing and basically ice-cream-ified that.. also s/o @RUFFLES for the fire chips :)
