Important warning about immigration scams. Right now, there are hundreds of fake social media accounts pretending to be Brad Bernstein. These scammers steal my videos and then leave comments telling people to “call this number” or “contact me for help.” Let me be very clear: We will never leave a phone number in the comment section of a video. Ever. If you see a phone number in the comments under one of my videos, it is a scam. You may hear from someone from my office in a direct message, but you can always verify it’s really us by clicking on the account the message came from. All of our real social media accounts have a blue checkmark. No blue checkmark means it is not me and not my office. We do not ask for money through DMs. We do not collect documents through social media. And we do not handle immigration cases in comment sections. If you are ever unsure, there is a simple solution: contact my office directly using our verified phone number, email, or website. Scammers rely on fear and urgency. Knowledge is your protection.
