I was shocked to learn during the Apple panel that it wasn't until 1993 that federal law required women to be included in clinical research. It blows my mind. Before that, it feels like women were almost an afterthought in medical research—as though we were simply smaller versions of men. But we're not. We have different health needs. It's encouraging to see women's health finally getting the attention it deserves and to see technology evolve alongside that. I just wish tools like this had existed when I was trying to get pregnant, but I'm very grateful they're here now as I enter perimenopause. Loved learning about the Apple Watch Cycle Tracking feature in the Health app, and I hope it's helpful for you too if you have an Apple Watch... and a uterus. xx🤍 #womenswellness #womenshealth
