Graham Cracker Crust 1.5 c (210g) graham cracker crumbs 2 Tbsp (25g) sugar 1/4 tsp fine salt 3 oz (85g) butter, melted and cooled 1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and salt together. 2. Add the melted butter and mix to evenly distribute. 3. Pack into a 9in pie pan, making sure to push the crumbs into the bottom and sides of the pan. 4.
