A blended chocolate-y coffee anyone? As a hot chocolate fanatic in winters, this is my go to summer drink because it’s TOO HOT to not have anything iced. If the heatwave is sucking the life out of you, this is for you! It will cool you down and feel energized! Recipe: 1 serving 1/2- 1 tbsp cacao 1 shot of espresso or a couple tsp of instant coffee 200 ml plant milk (I use soy) 5-6 ice cubes Sweetener of choice (I use allulose or monk fruit sweetener) A pinch of salt
Blend it until well combined. Add more salt if you don’t get that addictive salted caramel-y taste. The drink is icy, frothy and creamy. Pour into a glass, sprinkle cacao on top and enjoy! #icedcoffee #summerdrink #summercoffee #cafefrappe #chocolatecoffee
