I am so happy Tommee Tippee exists - for a multitude of reasons. At the forefront Is their In Bra Wearable Breast Pump - which was a game changer for me - and the community they’ve created that encourages mothers to share their stories. I think it’s incredibly important that we’re open, honest and vulnerable with one another, allowing us to create a space where our new journey into motherhood feels less isolated or overwhelming and more understood and rallied around. For this reason - I’ve tried to be honest about the experience I’ve had thus far. It is life altering. My heart is SO full, it’s constantly overflowing and bursting at the seams. Everyday I somehow love her more than the day before and I miss her even when she’s napping in the next room. It is also the most challenging thing I’ve ever experienced - emotions are high, sleep is low and my breast feeding story is not a fairytale. It is completely NORMAL for these two realities to co-exist. The important thing is that we find others to conenct with and solutions that work for us.
