Double chin, jawline, jowls. Save this little collage and work with me. π©· Do each technique for around 30β60 seconds, but remember: your tissue determines how you work. If you have thicker, denser tissue, you may need a little more time and gradual depth to reach the layer weβre actually trying to work with. If your tissues are very thin, it may be much easier to grab and feel the muscle and underlying structures, so you may need less pressure and less time. This is why I never want you to blindly copy pressure from a video. Find the tissue. Feel the layer. Work slowly. Deep does not mean hard. More pressure does not automatically mean a better result. These techniques can help you work with tension and tissue mobility through the jawline, under-chin area, lower face and jowls. Save this collage so you can repeat it consistently, and send it to a friend who is always asking you what to do for their jawline. π―ββοΈπ©·
